What Is Emotional Wellness
Emotional wellness is being able to identify the emotions triggered by a situation, and healthily manage what feelings we assign to that situation and what we take away from it. Essential practices include stress management, self-care, relaxation, mindfulness, and much more. These tools are incredibly important are of wellness for both individuals and society. However, unfortunately, there can be quite a bit of stigma around working towards emotional wellness. Thankfully more and more people and organizations are speaking out about its importance and working to reduce the stigma.
